The Story
Erik and Camillia opened Hjem A.M. in 2022 with one goal in mind: bring amazing breakfast food to the Black Hills. The food’s focus is seasonality and is inspired by Scandinavian/American flavors.
“Hjem” means home in Danish. Camillia and Erik found their home in Custer and want to be your home in the morning.
